Where Is My Package?
We ship all orders within 24 hours. Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can find your tracking number in your order confirmation email. If you haven't received it, check your spam folder or contact our support team.
Tracking Questions
Standard shipping takes 7-15 business days depending on your location. Express options (3-7 business days) are available at checkout. You'll receive an email with your tracking number within 24 hours of placing your order.
Tracking numbers are sent to the email address you used at checkout. Please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can't find it, contact our support team at contact@glostep.com with your order number and we'll resend it.
Tracking information can take 2-3 business days to activate after you receive your tracking number. This is normal — your package is already on its way. If no information appears after 5 days, please contact us and we'll investigate immediately.
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can update your address. Contact us at contact@glostep.com as soon as possible with your order number and the new address. Once the package is in transit, address changes may not be possible.
Check with neighbours, your building's concierge, or any safe places around your property where the courier may have left the package. Also verify the delivery address on your order confirmation. If you still can't locate it after 24 hours, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
