Shipping Policy
Shipping from the UK
All GloStep orders are dispatched from our UK-based fulfilment centre. This means faster delivery, no customs charges, and reliable service for our UK customers.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel on our delivery partner's website.
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please:

Undeliverable Packages

Digital Products Delivery

Returns Eligibility
You may return your GloStep Mini Stepper under the following conditions:
- 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Return within 60 days of delivery for any reason — full refund, no questions asked
- Defective or Damaged Products: Return within 60 days if your stepper arrives defective or damaged
- Incorrect Item: Return within 30 days if you received the wrong product
- 1-Year Warranty: Manufacturing defects covered for 12 months from date of purchase
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging with all accessories included (resistance bands, user manual). Items that are excessively worn, damaged due to misuse, or missing parts may not qualify for a full refund.
How to Initiate a Return

Refund Policy
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note:
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned item
- It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your card issuer
- Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item)
- Return shipping is FREE for UK mainland customers under the 60-day guarantee. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
1-Year Warranty
All GloStep Mini Steppers come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers:

The warranty does not cover:
