Step 2 — Return the Product Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with instructions on how to return your item. In most cases, we do not require you to send the product back — but we may ask for photographic proof of use or disposal.
Step 3 — Receive Your Refund Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

Exchanges
